Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Madigan’s Waterfront, 201 Mill Street Occoquan, ,VA 22125.  703-494-6373.  Cocktails will begin at 6:30 pm and dinner will be served at 7:30 pm.  the cost is $50.00 per person.  Feel Free to bring a guest.  Please RSVP by Monday, November 29, 2017 with dinner selection.  Along with the 50/50, please bring a gift under $50 to participate in the raffle.

Entrée Selections:

All dinners include a fresh dinner salad with a signature balsamic vinaigrette dressing, warm dinner rolls, dessert, soda, coffee and tea.  There will be a cash bar for alcoholic beverages.

Grilled Salmon-Fresh salmon grilled with white wine, lemon & butter with seasoned rice

Stuffed Flounder- Filet of Flounder stuffed with backfin crabmeat, baby shrimp, melted provolone and drizzled with lemon butter

Grilled Chicken Alfredo- Grilled Chicken breast served atop penne Alfredo

NY Strip Steak- 10 oz. NY Strip steak grilled to a medium temperature, served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten free options are available upon request

The VFDA, Southside District meeting for November will be held 6:00 pm, Thursday, November 30,2017, at the Crown Sterling Restaurant, 6120 Fort Avenue, Lynchburg, VA., 24502. Teresa Norrell from LifeNet will have a continuing education credit presentation. 

Here is the Crown Sterling’s menu, price will be $35.00 per person:   All inclusive  – choose one of the six entrée selections:Crown Sterling Ribeye SteakAn eight ounce cut of aged and marbled Western Ribeye, lightly seasoned, and grilled over live charcoal
Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Two 5 oz. boneless chicken breasts, marinated in the crown’s very own teriyaki sauce, and grilled over charcoal
Pecan Crusted Salmon with Maple Bourbon Sauce Fresh salmon coated in a pecan crust, baked to perfection and topped with a bourbon maple sauce
 Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple-Mango Salsa Two swordfish filets grilled over live charcoal and served with a pineapple-mango salsa
The Niblick Filet A five ounce cut of tender filet, wrapped in bacon and grilled over live charcoal
 Grilled Yellowfin Tuna Sushi grade tuna seared with a special blend of seasonings, served with teriyaki sauce on the side—prepared medium unless requested otherwise
