Sleeping Rooms $179 (plus applicable taxes and fees)
Group rate will be honored 3 days pre and 3 days post conference based on availability.
To make reservations: use the link or call the hotel directly at 1-800-365-3032. Individual attendees must identify themselves as a member of the Virginia Funeral Directors Association Convention in order to receive these special rates. Reservations must be received no later than 5/30/2020.

If your hotel reservations were made through the VFDA Office last year, please note that we will only make reservations for attendees if requested. The office will not make reservations unless notified. When requesting reservations, please include the following:

Number of Guests
Number of Rooms Requesting
Room Preference (i.e. oceanfront, king/double, etc)
Check-in date
Check-out date
Name on the reservation
Credit Card Number (for security reasons, please call us with your credit card info; do not send by email)
