We are an independently owned funeral service provider in Salem, VA and are currently looking for a licensed funeral director/embalmer.

The candidate for this position must be dedicated, have a strong work ethic, detail oriented, committed to giving exceptional service and have a passion for the funeral business and serving the families in our community. You must have experience and strength in working with client families and be eligible for licensure in Virginia (dual license, both funeral director and embalmer).

Funeral Home Manager

Woodlawn Memorial Gardens located in beautiful Norfolk, VA is a Funeral Home/Cemetery Combo facility. We are looking for a polished, professional Funeral Home Manager to help us grow our business. The Funeral Home Manager will provide direction, plan, coordinate and have responsibility for the overall operation of the funeral home.  Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management.  Requires a valid driver’s license, a Virginia Funeral Service License or the ability to obtain one, computer proficiency, knowledge of funding plans and options, previous experience managing people and budgeting experience.  Must comply with company policies and local, state and government regulations.  Prefer someone with at least 10 years of Funeral Home Management experience.  This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits including 401k, profit sharing and vacation.  For consideration, please email
