Currently Seeking a Manager for our
Central Care Facility in Northern Virginia
This
position serves as manager of the Central Care Staff as well as assists
in the performance of duties for this team. The manager is responsible
for leading all aspects of the Central Care Center activities including
selecting staff, training, and ongoing communications to assure all
Associates maintain the Company’s premier level of client satisfaction
and uphold the Dignity Promise. He/She will also focus on optimizing
resources, procurement needs and cost containment. We have a new "state
of the art" facility, including a crematory, and a large team of
professionals (4 licensed Funeral Directors) handling a high volume of
needs in this area.
Job
Requirements/Qualifications:
*
State embalming license or state certification required, according to
State regulation
*
At least three years of embalming experience required
*
Experience in supervising and scheduling two or more employees directly
· * Working knowledge of Central Care
Center operations, processes, procedures and standards
*
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
· * Must hold valid license to drive a
car and be an authorized driver as per the SCI Driver Safety Policy
*
Knowledge of computers and some software is required
